FitNumbers Privacy Policy

Overview

FitNumbers (the “App”) is a Shopify app provided by Engin Ucar (“we,” “us”). This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and how we handle it.

Data We Collect

We only store data required to operate the Shopify integration:

• Shop information: shop domain, access scope, session state, expiry
• Access credentials: access token and refresh token (if applicable)
• Optional user details returned by Shopify: user ID, first name, last name, email, locale, collaborator and account owner flags

How We Use Data

We use this data to authenticate with Shopify, keep the app connected to a shop, and provide app functionality. We do not use the data for advertising or analytics beyond basic operation.

Data Sharing

We do not sell or share merchant data with third parties, except as required to run the app and comply with law.

Data Retention

We retain session data only while the shop has the app installed or until you request deletion.

Security

We use reasonable measures to protect stored data from unauthorized access.

Your Choices

You can uninstall the app at any time to stop data collection. You may also request deletion of your data.
